小T小姐說：「2016重啟年」

哈~~一定要跟上一篇一樣的服裝阿~~

最近工作呢...恩~~唉~~太常去大陸了...好累........

感覺比派駐的時後還累多了~~ 每個月都要去大陸還沒出差費是怎樣....ooxx.....

新工作也做了一年多，果然人見人愛的小T不管到哪裡都是好口碑阿~~

做什麼像什麼~~很受到老板跟客人的肯定~~哈哈~(得意中)

不過捏~~這份工作應該無法做長久 ....

偶老了....不適合到處奔波....漂泊的人生.....................

不過既然工作做了就好好先穩定一下，一個工作做個一年半應該差不多了...哈!

重點還是要炫耀一下美國微軟客人寫給我老板的感謝函~~

這個也小小反映在我的荷包上......

  I just wanted to drop you a note and say that I was very pleased with the performance of Teresa Chen as our Dev PM on XXX(機種名).  I truly feel that she was one of the big reasons we were successful and able to complete the program on time.

As you know, this program had a very challenging schedule and Teresa did an awesome job managing all the complexities of completing the deliverables on time to support us.  Another thing she did very well was manage the builds.  In fact she did such a good job that I had confidence to leave her in charge to complete it without my supervision.  She is also extremely detail oriented and best of all, she is thinking a few steps ahead so that the important issues are being planned for and executed in time.  Her communication skills are really outstanding, and she is able to bridge the communication gaps that inevitably show up.  I didn’t always see the way that she worked with the Factory team, but I know in the background she was solving issues for us and making things go smoother.  She is basically everything that MS could ask for from a Dev PM.

On top of that, as I’m sure you know she has a great, positive personality and everyone enjoys working with her.  When I asked my Dev team what they think of Teresa, everyone had only positive things to say about her, and we were all extremely pleased.  She is a real asset to Foxlink.
